Employment Rights Bill Implementation Update

ERB implementation roadmap now published

Earlier this week the government published an update on the phased approach to implementing the Employment Rights Bill (ERB).

We’ve been waiting for clarity on the rollout of these changes for a while, and it seems that some are due a lot later than first anticipated, giving businesses a bit more time to digest it all and prepare.

Here’s the highlights from their implementation roadmap:
